Saga Brings EZ Favorites To Brattleboro & Keene

Before the Soft AC boom really took off over the past few months, one of
the groups who began pushing the format was Saga Communications. Already
operating the format in Clarksville TN, Des Moines, Harrisonburg, Hilton
Head, and Portland ME, Saga has added the format in two more markets.

Saga has launched Soft AC EZ Favorites 100.3/107.5 on 100.3 W262CL/WKVT-HD2
Brattleboro VT and 107.5 W298BT/WKNE-HD2 in the adjacent Keene NH market.

100.3 W262CL Brattleboro was previously carrying the programming of 1490
WINQ, which carries a local morning show and simulcasts Country 98.7
WINQ-FM Winchester NH the remainder of the day. 1490 WINQ is now heard on
FM in Brattleboro on 106.9 W295CO. 107.5 W298BT previously rebroadcast
News/Talk 1220 WKBK, which has launched a new translator 94.1 W231DV Keene.

KXEA Relaunches As Rock 104.9

After closing on its purchase of Alpha Medias three stations in Clinton MO,
Radford Media Group has relaunched Classic Rock 104.9 The Eagle KXEA Lowry
City as Rock 104.9.

Positioned as Truman Lakes Classic Rock and Roll Station, the station is
promoting a new morning show to launch in early 2019. The station continues
to carry Kansas City Chiefs football.

Radford Media Group purchased KXEA, Farm AG 1260 KDKD Clinton, and Country
95.3 KDKD-FM Clinton in July for $250,000.
