You don't supply much information. What type of power supply are you
building?
Your capacitors must have a rating as high as the peak voltage feeding
them, plus a safety factor to account for high input voltage.
For example, if your standard line voltage is 120 RMS, you would design
for a possible ten percent variation, 108 to 132.
