My daughter, who lives in Charlotte, NC, just told me about a ham
radio exhibit she just found in the Discovery Center in downtown. She
said the guy gave her his call (she has a call, too), but she didn't
remember it. I roundly chastised her.

Anyway, I don't know anything about the exhibit or the guy running it,
but this should be enough information to get you started.
