to have the amateur radio 144-146 MHz band allocated to the Aeronautical
Mobile Service

Dorian: Ham radio Hurricane Watch Net set to activate

The Hurricane Watch Net (HWN) says that with Tropical Storm Dorian forecast
to become a Category 1 Hurricane sometime early Tuesday afternoon, Puerto
Rico will feel begin to feel the storm’s effects later that day

The Mohammed bin Rashid space centre in Duibai has just announced on its
twitter account that Astronaut Hazza alMansoori, the first Emirati
astronaut, with the support of the Emirati Amateur Radio Society, will link
from the ISS to the MBR Space Centre, during his misison from September
25th to October 4th
