Build it. 468 divided by Frequency in MegaHertz. Cut in half, Feed
with 50 ohm coaxial cable. Hang up, talk on it.

Number 14 stranded copper from your local Lowes/Home Depot do the trick.

Don't have any 'real' insulators? Cut some from a hunk of PVC tubing.

Use nylon 'chalk line' to hang it up with.
