Too little to late. Millions of consumers and businesses will benefit from
BPL, we can not as a nation let 100,000 morse code diehards prevent progress.
The ARRL might as well as filed that brief in the FCC garbage bin. Besides the
Commissioners think it is great technology. There isn't anyone standing up for
ham radio and talking about morse code as the leading technology.
