communications regulator OFCOM on April 20, 2021, to discuss issues of
concern to radio amateurs such as interference and 70 MHz operation

ARRL East Bay Section Manager Jim Siemons, W6LK, is stepping down because
he is relocating to Wyoming. Siemons has served as East Bay SM since July
2018. Mike Patterson, N6JGA, has been appointed to succeed him, effective
June 1

Christmas Island

VK9XX will be active from the 28th May for between two and three weeks, but
I'll be working on the island so not on 24/7. I will be taking a Yaesu
FT-857D and a simple Sotabeams antennas plus an ATAS mobile vertical. I
will also be barefoot. This will also be mostly outside working hours and
focused on the night time bands and mainly FT8
