As usual, you don't know what you're talking about. It is the NCTA who
always spoke of the young, computer-literate, technically-savvy people
who would create a digital paradise for amateur radio when the code
testing requirements were reduced and/or eliminated! I was simply
poking fun at them, but, typically, it went right over your head! Perhaps
you were too busy "reading between the lines."
