You know whats really funny? All this talk about 14.313. Apparantly put
forth by those that have NO RECEIVERS. Or are totally stupid.

The activity on 313 has been seriously reduced. Almost to the point of non
activity.

So what exactly is the point here? What IS the problem with 313???
