There's a whole spectrum of modes between CW and PSK31 that don't
require computers.

And besides, the power distribution system isn't using amateur radio
anyhow.

Sheesh!

I think that he misses the good ole days when messages were delivered
by the Pony Express. Back then, you didn't have to worry about
traffic jams.
