I would advise against a mass-mailing campaign to the Commissioner's
direct e-mail address.

The last time the FCC Commissioners got "mail-bombed" by hams
all it did was PO them.

They have staff and a comment/reply comment process ... which
have been used and will continue to be used.

ARRL has done an EXCELLENT job on their technical materials
and the video is a very compelling demonstration of just how bad
the interference really is.

We are just at the "Notice of Inquiry" stage now ... please don't
flame the FCC (and particularly the Commissioners) ... that will
just cause more harm than good.

I believe that NTIA will come down hard on our side on this.
The US Govt agencies that they represent have a LOT of HF
channels that they use and will want to protect ...

I'm not saying "shut up and don't comment" ... all I'm saying is
that the response needs to be measured, polite, and appropriate.
