Default 10 meter 11 meter antenna interaction

I will be adding the 10 meter whip to a 4door Dodge ram pickup. The two
antennas that are on the truck now are mounted with stake hole mounts (the
holes in the bed rail behind the driver and passenger)

The 11 meter and the 10 meter rigs will not be on at the same time.

How would you place the antennas to keep the interaction as low as possible
or use the ineraction in some way.

Why not using a single whip resonating on the CB band and then having a small switch, close to the antenna base, that inserts a capacitor in series which cancels out the inductive reactance that the whip shows on the higher frequency?

Alternately, you may tune the whip in between the CB band and 10.meters (say on 28.000 MHz) and have a switch that inserts a capacitance for 10 meters and an inductance for CB.
