A quick glance at the IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society publications
show magazine staff at places like the Georgia Institute of Technology
(Tech), University of Massachusetts Lowell, Syracuse U., U. of
Connecticut, U. of New Mexico, U. of Utah, Utah State U., U. of
Mississippi., U. of Houston, U. of Illinois Chicago, U. of Colorado, U.
of Central Florida, Penn State, U. of Idaho. I am also aware of ongoing
research at the U. of Virginia, Virginia Tech and Ohio State U.

Too quick on the click,
Arizona State U. has on line courses as does Georgia Tech, National
Technological U. Penn State, Rochester Inst. of Tech., U of Ill Chicago
and Applied Technology Institute.

....by no means meant o be an exhaustive list...
