How to measure RF Ground improvements - mobile

Roy, Denny, Chuck:
Thanks guys for the information. I feel I do understand now, how
to measure (using MFJ "R"/"X" and Field strength) to determine if any
improvements are accomplished. Yes, after I finish I will post a
follow up.
