Gee Cecil, et al, Charge can stand still! It does in a fully charged
capacitor. Charge can move from place. It takes time for charge to move from place to place. The amount of charge moved from place to place divided by the time to move it from place to place is called current. VOILA!! dQ/dt = current!! Ah! Physics is wonderful!!!!!!!! :-) C'mon guys!
