Calcium carbonate (Na2CO3), aka "washing soda"....
Interesting. CALCIUM carbonate with NO calcium in it!-) Just sodium, carbon, and oxygen! (table salt = NaCl = sodium chloride) Is that where the "soda" part of the "washing soda" name comes from? -- --Myron A.
