This newsgroup is truly educational. Just in the past few days, I've
learned that:

"The law of conservation of energy is just another law awaiting to be
"broken", i.e. a new "law" found which acts to the contrary ..."

These, of course, are just the jewels among the semi-precious stones of
Gaussian antennas and bouncing waves of average power.

One imagines Roy staring into a mirror while shaving telling
himself over and over that there are no ExB joules/second of
*average power* in the EM light waves *bouncing* off the mirror

I believe that religion, (Any religion) comes in very close to the top of
that list JS. I also believe that you have one too many "nots" in your last
sentence.

Yes, what one believes does tend to take one in that particular
direction ... optimistic/pessimistic--yin/yang thing ...

However, mankind has a good "batting average", what he tends to
work/strive/imagine to, he tends to achieve--one only needs to examine
science though the past-to-date to find this proof (or God if your
particular religion is science!) ;-)

In 1978 while attending the University of Miami is was considered a theory,
if it has changed since then I am sorry for not keeping abreast.
I will make sure I put "Review Newton's Theory of Gravity" in my to do list.

164,000 hits!
