You mean practical difficulties, aside from the building code violation
aspects?

I'd worry about lint accumulation and blocking the airflow from the
dryer causing problems from the dryer.

The air may not feel very hot, but I would imagine that a piece of coax
might get pretty warm, so you'd want to choose a high temperature
tolerant coax (e.g. one of the PTFE or FEP dielectric/jacket). Look for
the stuff that people use to wind high power transmission line transformers
(RG 142, RG188, RG316 types.) All you need is a short jumper, and you
could get a fairly small diameter to reduce the vent blockage
(obviously, you're in a compromise installation situation, and the loss
in 10 ft of even pretty small coax isn't going to be huge)
