Jimmie,
I have a lathe and a milling machine in my shed, but to make a 3/8 x 24 x
1.25" out of stainless steel, would cost me a lot more than what I can buy
them in USA. The cost from McMaster in USA is $US2.11 each for a buy of 50!
Thanks for your input!
John

Go for the 50! It reminds me of my experience with the chuck wrench for my
drill. I could never seem to find where I'd left it. So I bought a spare.
It too never seemed to be around, so now I buy a box of fifty. That works well --
seems to last me for about two weeks! :-)
