Tunneling time in itself is expected to be zero in superluminal
phenomena. Interesting.

F. Hund in 1927 noticed Tunneling in 1927. It is some pretty old
physics. It is also a natural outgrowth of quantum mechanics. It is
needed to explain how the sun works, and even the inflationary universe.

Isn't it quite obvious, it is too early to settle on "hard facts."

Indeed, I have made no bones about my belief(s), at a future date the
ether will come into play in all this, something we are simply ignoring
at this date.

It seems all are aware when Einstein denied the existence of the ether
(luminal ether really), and few are aware when he reneged and made
provision for it (since it simply passes though the sides of any bottle
which we can construct to contain it, its' makeup remains a mystery) ...
you are too impatient, you want all the answers to the
universe--immediately. Beware, in your haste you may choose wrong.

I have found great enjoyment in pondering "its'" remaining mysteries ...
the CERN project will shed more light upon all of this ... one can
always hope it will "provide all the answers", however, I think,
probably not.

If this all seems rather cryptic and evasive, such is the very nature of
this beast.
