Default BPL pollution – file reply comments by August 6

You have already lost the battle.

What can you say against an argument that includes "Homeland Security"?

"Further, the addition of BPL facilities-based technologies will, as
correctly recognized by the Commission, enhance homeland security by
"creating new facilities to provide redundancy."

Has anyone done a grep for 'terror' throughout these documents?

And the fact that BPL has been abandoned for economic reasons in Germany
will probably make the US-guys feel that they can do a lot better than us
stupid Krauts. After all, we lost the war.

Bye bye ham radio in the US.
