Question on dipole SWR problem

Never used a BALUN like that. Maybe they could make a BALBAL.

Is there such a thing??

Balanced to balanced means an RF transformer with separate windings .
Preferably on a toroid ,otherwise on a ferrite bar (ex medium wave rx)
