Default lmr-100 and lmr-195 difference

Hey, I'm kinda new at this and still trying to figure things out. Can someone tell me the
difference between lmr-100 and lmr-195 wires and if they can be used interchangebly?

-Thanks

Details are at http://www.timesmicrowave.com/telecom/pdf/LMRGuide.pdf

Briefly: LMR-100 cable is just about half the diameter of LMR-195,
and has roughly twice the signal loss of LMR-195 for any given length
of cable. They're both 50-ohm cables. They'd need different
connectors. The LMT-100 is probably more flexible.
