Or would it just continue billowing the same way? The billowing depends upon the total surface area exposed to the wind. It is akin to the wind loading specs for an antenna. The way I solved the problem with 440 ohm ladder- line (actually measured 380 ohms) is to buy The Wireman's #14 stranded copper-clad steel, ladder-line product code #554.
