Default 2 x 4 to 1 voltage balun in series

Assuming you are trying to match 50 ohms to 800
ohms, the first one would need to be a 50:200 unun
and the second one would need to be a 200:800 balun.

Where does the 800+j0 ohm impedance that you
are trying to match come from?
