Correction: "in a single directional WIFI antenna" = "in a (single) typical
WIFI antenna". In this case, the Belkin F5D7130 antennas: http://www.belkin.com/uk/support/pro...&pid=F5D7130uk JM "JM" escribió en el mensaje de ... Hello. Is it possible to put two opposite parabolic reflectors in a single directional antenna of an WiFi Access Point (A.P.-A)? In fact, the Access Point (A.P.-A) has two antennas, but it needs to send its signal very far, so it is not appropriate to put a directional parabolic reflector of aluminum foil on each individual antenna oriented each in the opposite direction. Curiously, the signal from A.P.-A comes very well to another Access Point (A.P.-B) that is very far (and that has a directional parabolic reflector of aluminum foil), but the signal ot this A.P.-A comes very badly to the laptops that are near (near to this A.P.-A). Is it possible to put two parabolic reflectors of aluminum foil in the opposite direction in each antenna of the Access Point (AP-A)? I am referring to a parabolic reflector of aluminum foil oriented to P.A.-B and another parabolic reflector oriented to laptops, this (2 reflectors) in each 2 antennaS. Will operate? Is there another better and equally simple solution? Sincerely, JM |
