16 ft painter's pole coupled to a 10 ft TV mast, fiberglass hotsticks (forget
finding a used one) that are up to 40 ft long, telescoping fiberglass sections from MaxGain systems, to name a few. Don't even think about the MFJ mast if durability is a concern. 73s, Evan |

A 20 ft. fiberglas tube would bend but not break in the other two directions. The bottom 20 ft. of my supports are 2x4's fastened in a 4x4 configuration which would probably be self-supporting at 20 ft. But maybe not through those Zero-land tornados. -- 73, Cecil http://www.qsl.net/w5dxp -----= Posted via Newsfeeds.Com, Uncensored Usenet News =----- http://www.newsfeeds.com - The #1 Newsgroup Service in the World! -----== Over 100,000 Newsgroups - 19 Different Servers! =----- |
