Climb up a ladder, cut it as high as you can.

The tree-trimmer-on-a-pole doohinkeys don't work well at all for
cutting ropes.

I cant get to the rope, I can reach about 1/3 of my antenna .. dont want
to leave that up there

I figure out something.
