Default WTD: GPS Active patch antenna 5v

Looking for a GPS magnetic mount antenna with say 10' of lead (SMB connector).
What would be really nice if anyone knows where I can get one with an additional
fitting to take a (second) vhf type antenna. I've found fixed dual antennas of
this type on the web use for vehicle tracking but ideally looking for a mag
mount, and surplus not new.

- for an APRS project.

Where did you find the fixed dual antennas?
