Doc try and think for yourself, if you know what a parallel circuit is try
and discover if it will radiate and have a reasonable input impedance. I will help you if you need it, we are only using passive elements, they are resistance, inductance and capacitance which can be in distributed, lumped for or both just as we would for a dipole type radiator.
