Default Dish Positioning

I have a 3m solid metal dish set up and im looking for a way to point
it. I've already worked out something for the Az. direction. But I'm
looking for some ideas on how to move it in elevation. I was thinking
linear actuator, but if you look at this diagram,

you'll see why I'm a little concerned about loads.

Any throughts appreciated,
