Default HighPower Silicon?

hi

Was going to make a center fed dipole, and wanted to put some
(non
vinigar/acetic acid) Silicon goo on the center to
waterproof.

Over time any viscous substance will rinse off.

Whatever happened to self-vulcanising tape?
