As far as i can remember, all of the 2-meter/70cm mobile antennas I've
ever seen are pre-tuned, and aren't intended for user adjustment. The
only "tuning" I'd expect is in the installation - choose a good
location on the vehicle frame to place the mount, and make sure that
there's a solid ground connection.
