Default Announcement: New Nec2 modeling available - Nec2Go

I am posting this to the group for those that need a simple Nec2
analyzer. Although this is a commercial program, there are those who
would like a free demo version to do simple analysis. The download is
less than 1 meg in size and has features not found in other products -
and is simpler to use.

The following list of features are built into the base product:
True Modeling by Equation using algebraic statements.
Main, Edit, View, 2d-plot, and 3d-plot screens plus Tools and Help.
Run Output, SWR, Gain and Sweep results on Main screen.
Shift and Rotate functions applied to wire definitions.
Automatic Segment generation (Absolute segment numbers are never
Auto Segment Tapering(AST) option for fast calculations.
Simple Convergence Test function.
Variable definitions in Wires, Sources, Loads, and Transmission Line
Variable substitution in Sweep or View mode regenerates the model.
Unlimited Wires, Segments, Sources, Loads to Nec.
User defined Coax entries (including loss factor).
Transmission line(Coax) and Network loss calculations.
Network definitions for L-Net, T-Net and Pi-Net.
Network Designer to automatically build NT: statements.
Ground types of: Free Space, Perfect Ground, Reflection-Coefficient,
Sommerfeld-Norton, and Ground Wave supported.
View includes rotating, zooming, currents on wires, and AGT(Average
Gain Test)
2D Plot overlay of alternate models and sweep views.
3D Plot includes computed Total Average Gain for RDF(Receiving
Directivity Factor)
Automatic plotting at angles of maximum gain, or manual Az/El plots.
Coil Designer utility converts Reactance to Inductance or
Screen Print capability.
LAPACK routines for FACTOR and SOLVE (speeds up execution time)
Windows compliant with no Dos executable.
Context Sensitive Help for all screens and controls.
