I'm not too sure that wire wrapped around a magnet would be that great at picking up electromagnetic waves - honestly. I could be wrong, but it doesn't make a lot of sense to me really. removing the magnet would result in better reception, but the length of the wire in the voice coil probably wouldn't be nearly enough anyway. |
