Default What kind of balun is it?

I have a balun with no identification on it but I'd like
to know what kind it is. Here's the info:

All coils are wound on a common toroid core.
One antenna lead makes 9 turns and is connects to the coax ground.
The other antenna lead makes 27 turns and is connected to the
coax center conductor.

Looks to be about #10 enameled copper wire.

If my poor memory , from 30 years ago training as A.S.E.E., 9:: 27 turns
= 1:3 turns ratio
As a transformer, SQUARE THAT TURNS RATIO, for the Impedence Ratio.
What that gives you is 9:1 impedence ratio , as input on the 9 turn side, at
50 ohm = 450 ohm on the 27 turn side.-- Jim NN7K
