om...
Hello....,
I know, it's very much off-topic, but as an antenna enthousiast I read
this news group a lot, so I thought lets give it a try.
Some time ago I managed to blow-up the input-1 channel of my tektronix
2230 analog/digital oscilloscope. According the Service-manual and
compared to the input-2 channel, probably one or more of the following
parts are damaged:
Comp-Nr Tek-part-nr Name, description Manufact. Mfr-part-nr
A2Q13 151-1124-00 Trans: JFE, N-chan Siliconix inc. J-2400
A2Q15 151-0711-00 Trans: NPN, Si, TO-92b Tektronix 151-0711-00
A2Q18 151-0711-00 Trans: NPN, Si, TO-92b Tektronix 151-0711-00
A2U10 156-2469-00 Microckt,dgtl: op-amp Texas-Instr. TLC271ACP
Overhere in Europe (except for the TLC271) it seems almost impossible
to get these parts. I also tried to contact Tekronix , but without
much results.
Anybody with suggestions how to get one or more of these parts ?
Because all components on the (multi-layer?) channel-1 input board are
soldered very close together the nicest thing would be if somebody had
a replacement channel-1 (or -2) input board (tektronix 2230 or 2235)
for sale.....
Or, should I post this message on any other newsgroup. If so, please
let me know.
Thanks in advance,
Arie.
