I'm sharing a good experience I had with LDG. At our local club meeting,
Thursday, Aug 4, I bought an LDG AT-11MP. It's a discontinued item. At
$10.00 it was a bargain but it needed two new front-panel toggle switches.
They were physically damaged.

On Friday, Aug 5, I messaged LDG on their website and asked how to buy them
switches. I said I'd send a check if they shipped with an invoice. The
next day, while browsing in a surplus store, I found switches and put them
in, so I messaged again, saying I had repaired the unit. I said if they had
already sent me two switches, I'd honor the invoice and keep the switches.

Imagine my surprise when I got an email a few hours later (still Saturday)
saying thar the switches were scheduled to go out but may not have been
shipped. If I receceived them, I could just keep them! So apparently they
weren't even going to invoice for them! A gift!

Life is Darn Good (get it?) and they made a new friend.
