Default HELP:Daiwa CN-410 M

Hi all,

Picked up a 2nd hand Daiwa CN-410m crossed needle SWR
meter the other day.
I want to re-calabrate it and check it out.
Can anyone help with a circuit diagram or know where I
can get one from?
Maybe the original manual had it in?

Mine came fully calibrated and remains calibrated after 6 years. There
was no real manual with it.

Why do you think it yours needs recalibration.

First, find out if it NEEDS recalibration! Easiest way I know if to place it
in forward direction (normal hookup), in series with a BIRD (or other
wattmeter ). Measure forward, and reverse power on the DIAWA, and compare
with the readings from the Bird. then REVERSE the DIAWA, (OUT put from
xmitter, INput to the load, and again read. 1), the output meter should
read the same power level that the input did originally, 2), same for the
Input meter, read as the output (SWR) meter previously did, and 3) All
tests should read within 5%-10% of the Bird. If all 3 tests are met, then
forget the recalibration bit!
