siro827 5/8 wave cb ant tuned to 10 meters working on 20 meters

hi i used a mfj ant analyser and tuned this ant to 29.600,
checked on 20 meters and analyser reed swr of 2:1, 60 ohm so will this work
well, will it be working as a 1/4 wave on 20 meters, with atu
