Looking for a rotatable dipole covering 40-10M. Any company make
one?

A 44 ft dipole fed with ladder-line will do the job. The ARRL Antenna
Book tells us the mechanical details. Aluminum tubing available from
www.texastowers.com

I've seen'em use slinkies over pvc pipe on field day. Rotatable, portable,
decent operation. And it can walk down stairs.
