Good Idea,
I did this too, my lady next door it hot, she answers the door in her cami * panties all the time, when I want to take a peek I just press the button and wait to see her. The antenna in the remote/transmitter looks like loop of length 1.5". The antenna in the ringer/receiver is a wire 1.5" long that ends in the breeze. It would appear safest to lengthen the wire in the ringer/receiver to around 7" but I do not understand why the manufacturer just didn't make it longer in the first place.
