There are a number of people, most notably the Three Amigos, whose
sole contribution to this NG on a daily basis is to pick faults with
others
which is surely a sign of their deep-seated dissatisfaction with their own
personalities?
I wonder if a common theme for them all is an interest going back decades
accompanied by a complete failure to be able to pass the 12WPM Morse test
in those
years that it ws available to them?

How peculiar that such a critique shoud reveal a few more who indulge
themselves
in personal attacks!

What value is a Yank Extra Class obtained only AFTER the 20WPM Morse
requirement was dropped; the value of a CB licence?

It is very peculiar, Gareth. You post one of your run-of-the-mill nasty
little personal attacks and people post nasty little personal attacks in
return - I wonder why?

Spotted this in another group - It's actually referring to another long-
standing troll but sums Evans up perfectly.

.....ooooOOOOoooo....

He likes to wallow in ****, then raise an almighty protest that he's
covered in ****. It's terrible that all the **** sticks to him, when
all he does is lie down in it, roll around in it, throw it up in the
air and give it a good stir whenever an opportunity arises.

He does it all with an apparent cast-iron faith in his hard-done-by
innocence. Apparently, if you throw **** up in the air then stand
around looking aggrieved, it's someone else's fault if it lands on
you.

He'd feel picked on if he got stung after giving a wasps nest a good
prodding with a pointy stick. He'd then go and find another wasps
nest to prod just to prove how blameless he is.

I can only assume there's something wrong with him - some fundamental
inability to recognise cause and effect, maybe. Some disjoint where
he thinks that being annoying proves he is important. It's almost
indistinguishable from troll behaviour, but altogether more strange
mainly because it's his own doorstep he craps on, his own pool his
****es in (proudly and publicly, before complaining about the turd
that's floating in the deep end).

.....ooooOOOOoooo....

Yet again, out of the blue, and unrelated to any other discussion, comes a
one-sided personal attack from you.

Are you absolutely sure that you're not a seriously unhinged stalker?

It took Gareth 13 years to get to 12 wpm, it'd take several decades for him
to get near to 20 wpm. Saying that, one of the other degenerate swine from
ukra was boasting the other day about his computer being able to send morse
at 48 wpm for him, so maybe Gareth should look into that?

I used to be able to go faster than that, and I used my ears and brain pan
to receive, and a Bencher paddle to send.
It was actually sending that was my brick wall, not receiving. I peaked almost
at 60 wpm in my prime. I was copied by a puter one night, and it clocked my
sending at 58 wpm. I couldn't go any faster than that with a paddle and not get
sloppy. And I hate keyboards and refused to use one. So that ended up my top
speed.. I haven't been working much lately, and naturally my speed is way down.
But I can get it back fairly quick with just some practice. IE: if I operate
at a Field Day, my speed will jump 15-20 wpm from start to end as I get back
into the clickety-clackety of things..
Even on a bad day, I suspect I could tear Gareth a new one if we had a CW race.
He don't wanna go there. It WILL get ugly for him. LOL..

Good grief, that's impressive! I've seen video of morse being sent at high
speed like that, mesmerising stuff.

Oh, I guarantee you'd eat Gareth's lunch, he's notoriously inept. But his
parents must have foreseen all this when they named him; Gormless Amateur
Radio Enthusiast, Total Headcase.
