In the Feb 2016 edition of BadCon (The journal of the RSCB) there is
a picture of an internal auto ATU in one rig, and the switchable capacitors do not look like they are particularly low-loss. Even manual ATUs tend to be dummy loads under some condx, so is there any concern or interest in that auto ATUs might be unduly warming up the shack? |
