I picked up a couple of new Tohtsu CX-600M coaxial relays - they are similar
to the DowKey relays, with three UHF connectors of the SO-239 design. I had a problem screwing on the PL-259s more than 3-4 turns and in checking the threads I find that the pitch or threads-per-inch of the Tohtsu connectors does not match that of the PL-259/SO-239 UHF connectors. I wonder if anyone else has run into this problem? I was under the impression that the UHF connector was a universal item, but maybe that is not true? -- 73, Floyd - K8AC |
