Default Linear Loading Loop Antenna

The good news is that I have no antenna restrictions. The bad news, is that I
am on a small lot. The best HF (75m-10m) fitting antenna seems to be a random
length loop around the eaves of the house. Would it be better to linear load
the loop? That is, instead of using a single wire to construct the loop, to
use TV twinlead?

Or would a 2 or 3 multiturn loop be practical? That is run 2 or 3 turns of
single wire around the house?

I am looking for a NVIS antenna for 75m and 40m and a dx antenna for 20m-10m.
Power would be 100 watts or less. Feed would either be ladder line to an
antenna tuner or ladder line to a 4:1 remote balun with a short length of coax
to the antenna tuner.

Any suggestions or comments?
