Default How to tune UHV-6

I have the Comet UHV-6, and the instructions don't say how it should be
tuned (sequence, etc.).

It has 440/2 meter/6 meter in the basic configuration, and I am having
trouble getting the right swr on it, I have an swr meter.

Could someone tell me which sequence should be used?

Thanks for any help,

Estel J. Hines

Unless somebody knows better, the most common sequence would be highest
frequency first, lowest frequency last. I presume you have this mounted on a
car. Make sure you have a good ground connection.

I tuned mine (with able assistance of Bob, WV7W) by putting one
resonator/coil on top, tuning it, removing it, then repeating; so each coil
was tuned independently of the others. Then, I tested it with all coils (I
have all six - 3.5,7,14,21,24 & 28) attached. It's worked for over a year
so far.

73!
