Hmmm. Do 2800 new voters added to the rolls count for anything these
days? Let's see, my citizenship status qualifies enough for me to
have gathered 50 Absentee Ballots. Last night I rubbed shoulders with
Congressmen at a Fête (nothing rubbed off tho'). However, we did win
the raffle of a trip to South Africa (hmmm, suppose this may be a
