Default Use a Pool Cage As An Antenna?

I live in an antenna restricted area but have a large grounded aluminum pool
cage that I am thinking about trying to use as an antenna. It is about 30 ft
by 30 ft and 20 feet high. I checked with an ohmeter and all the aluminum
support members appear to be well connected to each other.

Not wanting to reinvent the wheel , has anyone attempted to do this? If so how
did you go about feeding it?

I had been thinking about a shunt feed arrangement for 30 or 40 meters as a
starting point.

Any ideas?
