Default Help ID an Antenna

Someone wrote me asking for help identifying an antenna
manufacturer. I don't recognize this antenna at all. Note the
construction of the traps and the feed point.

Drop me a line if you recognize this and I'll get the info to the
owner.

Thank.

I have one out in the garage...I don't remember where I picked it up,
but "I think" it's one of the old Hy-gain, or Cushcraft multi band
verticals.

Unfortunately there is no information on it such as ID marks or
numbers. As I recall there is no information inside the traps either,
but I will check as it's just a parts antenna.
